At 17, Ronald E. Mendez faced deep pain and uncertainty but found hope in God’s plan for his life. During prayer, he felt called to serve the forgotten people living on the streets of Chimaltenango. Despite fears and doubts, he stepped out in faith, inviting shoe shiners to share a meal—giving all he had.
With support from loved ones and God’s provision, Ronald’s simple act of compassion grew into DBO Ministries—a ministry dedicated to serving those in need, meeting both physical and spiritual needs with love and dignity.
